Interior Designer Brings Love of Architecture and People to Hudson Homes Sotheby’s International Realty.
After many years spent visiting Westchester as an accomplished amateur equestrian, Interior Designer Bill Menin, says he fell in love with the area, left the prestigious Park Avenue Design firm he worked with in Manhattan, and purchased a 10-acre horse farm in one of Westchester’s most beautiful areas.
That was more than 30 years ago. Since then, Bill, a top selling Realtor throughout Westchester has created a real estate practice in which he combines his love of people with his eye for beauty and awareness of aesthetics. To that end, one of the many attributes Bill’s real estate clients boast about is his ability to help them set-up or “stage” their homes for the fullest impact and appeal to prospective buyers. Menin said that he likes to help his “sellers” maximize their homes’ value by creating eye-catching interiors, often he says, with just a few subtle changes. He adds that he also combines his architectural and design skill-set to help his “buyers” as well.
“As clients search for the perfect home for their families, I truly enjoy utilizing my skills as a designer by helping them see past the four walls to the myriad possibilities that lay beyond them,” said Bill. “Between that and introducing them to the unique flavor and texture of the river towns, I can help a family embrace the home and the location that will be suit their needs perfectly.”
Adding public speaking to his repertoire, Bill also feels drawn to use his vast experience to help various factions of our community, including the Women’s Bar Association of Westchester, further its understanding of changing real estate practices, and the current economic and social changes we are undergoing as a society.
As to his multi-generational appeal, Bill Laughs and adds, “As I’ve always said, experience is not expensive, it’s priceless!”
